The Farms Board Members envision the community as a desirable place that we are all proud to call home. A community of friendly, well-maintained, safe, caring, and respectful neighbors, who work with each other to uphold and grow the value of our properties and our family, friends, and community relationships.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of The Farms Property Owner’s Association is to preserve and enhance the quality of life and sense of community within our subdivision. We do this through:
- Effective and efficient management of the Association
- Enforcement of covenants and by-laws to preserve property values
- Ongoing maintenance of our amenities and common areas
- Providing and facilitating engaging activities, services, and events that enhance the lives of residents and advocate a sense of community
- Communication with and advocacy for our members
- Sound financial stewardship
- Other initiatives that sustain the values and attributes that make The Farms unique and a desirable place to live
